What’s your return policy?

In the instance you don’t love your Clear Start products, we’ll gladly accept returns within 30 days on purchases made via our website. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.

How do I start a return?

  • 1. Place the item into original shipper packaging.
  • 2. Submit a returns request to clearstart@dermalogica.com. *Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • 3. We will e-mail you an electronic return label to attach to your return package, as well as the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) transaction for your records.
  • 4. Drop off your package at the nearest UPS store.
  • 5. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.
  • *All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.

    I sent in my return, but haven’t seen a refund. What’s going on?

    Returns can take up to 4 weeks to process, if it's been longer and you still haven't gotten a refund, please contact our customer service reps at clearstart@dermalogica.com.
